Unlike many catering companies, we make ourselves available to guide you through the planning process for your function or wedding. VGC Catering also provides full taste-testing for the bride and groom (once a deposit has been paid) to help you choose from our 
wide array of dishes. Face-to-face appointments with the chef are also available to discuss menu preferences.

  • Do you set up your own kitchen for catering?

    We set up full kitchens for you with no extra cost, using gas only, no power.

  • Do I need to supply power or a generator?

    No, we provide and set up everything for you.

  • Do you set up the venues or is it DIY?

    We set up every event for you, whether you are in a field patch or indoors. We can work anywhere for you.

  • Do you need power points?

    No, we work off gas.

  • Are all of the items on the buffet menu included?

    Yes, everything listed on the website is included within the buffet.

  • Do you do taste testing?

    Yes

  • Do we need to supply cutlery?

    All cutlery and plates are provided as we also offer taste testing!

  • Do you cook all the food from scratch?

    Yes.

  • Do you cater for vegetarians and vegans?

    Yes.

  • Do we need to choose a menu based off dietary requirements?

    No, you can choose any menu and we can cook different meals for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free etc. Let us know your dietary requirements and we can cater for you.

  • How many people can you cater for? Is there a minimum number of people you cater for?

    Minimum 40 guests. No maximum.

  • Are there any additional costs we need to be made aware of?

    No hidden costs – everything required is listed on the website!
