As the world changes to adapt to the new and ongoing restrictions and rules we at VGC Catering are ready to do our part in moving forward and ensuring all our clients still get the dream wedding they have always imagined whilst still following COVID 19 laws.
Our staff will be following the appropriate COVID 19 laws and regulations to each individual location and all staff will have COVID 19 training with our own personal steps and guidelines being made too.
To ensure our new and already booked clients are getting what they want, we want you to know that we will work with your venue in ensuring you still get the menu you want, it may just have to be served differently but please know that it can be done.
Please feel free to choose from any of our menu options with buffets being served to your guests table by table (no self service under COVID 19 LAWS) and if your venue is only allowing standing services then we will serve your menu as a standing fork service. This ensures that you get the menu and food you want with no change to our prices or quality, as well as keeping your guest well fed, happy and not knowing any better of the change in food service plans.
So, whether it be a seated 2 course dinner, share plates or buffet, we can transform your favourite menu into a standing fork service.
Our Standing fork service will involve your menu option being transformed to be served in things like bamboo boats, small bowls, small plates, cardboard trays ect… depending on the food choice and functionality of your food option, all with no knife needed, just a fork for easy and convenient eating.
